2026 Wellness Grows
Wellbeing will form a huge part of Elderflower Fields 2026 and we are delighted to welcome a host of activities and experts to the family.
This year, the Elderflower Fields spa, health and wellness area, partners with the latest venture from So Sussex, The Natural Fitness Society, to form The Woodland Sanctuary.
The newly located Woodland Sanctuary is a tranquil haven of bliss, offering a space to rest, relax and restore.
YOGACAMP, founder and festival friend Janee, curates another exceptional offering of wellbeing treatments alongside FlowState Hove co-founder, Deanne.

For that extra luxurious indulgence, The Enchanted Glade family return with their fabulous woodfired hot tubs, sauna and ice bath. Adult-only and family sessions are available to book from March.

Across the weekend, explore a nourishing programme of free classes including restful yoga, embodied flow yoga, pilates, tai chi, cacau rituals, and much more in this tranquil corner of the festival (link schedule).
You can also visit Wildlings Wellness on Leapfrog Lawns for breathwork, sound baths, family stress relief, foraging and folklore.
Excitement is mounting here in Hastings as we put the finishing touches to plans for the 2026 competition. The competitors have finalised their programmes, applied for visas and made their travel plans, Steinway are preparing two beautiful model D pianos which they will be bringing to Hastings, along with 6 other smaller instruments which will be used for rehearsal. We’ve scheduled every session and recruited a fantastic band of volunteers who will help everything run smoothly.
If you haven’t yet bought your tickets and organised your free day passes for this competition, now is the time to do so. Good seats for the finals with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra are now in short supply, although there are still plenty of seats available for the three semi-finals with the fantastic Sinfonia Smith Square.
